1997 to Feb 2009 Bovis Lend Lease - Project Manager
Consistent profit earnings in excess of 10% over profit goals and
completed projects as planned. Acquired repeat clients -
both owner and subcontractor. Responsible for results
from preconstruction through closeout on new and renovation
hospitality, education, commercial and residential projects
from $7,000,000 to $72,000,000 with staff of up to 8
coworkers. Created complete budgets and estimates
including all general conditions (staffing, materials,
safety, supplies etc). Created detailed scopes of trade
work. Performed and checked material and quantity takeoffs
for all trades (Earthwork through MEP). Received and
reviewed subcontractor and supplier bids, awarded
subcontract work. Managed RFI, Submittals, change orders,
payment processes. Provided timely reporting of project
status to owner, peers, and public. Works in conjunction
with site superintendent to obtain consensus on both near
and long term project goals. Assisted in directing
coordination of mechanical systems on new and renovation
projects. Assisted in creation and documented all punch
list and various MEP commissioning processes and
