STATE ROUTE 125 SOUTH BAY EXPRESSWAY in San Diego, California, a $570 million contract to design and

build a private toll road that was 13 miles long with 17 bridges.

• Managed the subcontracting solicitation and bidding effort.

• Streamlined the bid process and improved the MWBE solicitation methods.

• Awarded and managed subcontracts for rock crushing, drilling &blasting, concrete paving,

guard railings, electrical, sound walls, site concrete, paving, bridge work, site restoration, utilities

relocation, new utilities, concrete barriers, and trucking.

Interim Group Manager of Design, Special Projects Group, Capital Projects Office, University

of Washington, through consulting agreement. Value of projects overseen was $200 million.

budgets, funding, scheduling, consultant selection and design process.

Developed organizational improvements to project control systems

Implemented “CPO University” as a training tool for 200 University employees.

Projects include building renovations, central power plant upgrades; utilities, high

voltage electrical, roads, health sciences labs and hazardous materials abatement.

Senior Project Manager, HOSPITAL SUPPORT FACILITY at Adak, Alaska for the U.S. Navy.

• Managed ocean barging, heavy equipment operations/maintenance facility, quarry and

concrete batch plant operations, and worker camp facility.
