implemented in ATG 9.1 from a competitor platform and feature
faceted navigation as well as implementations of the Commerce
Service Center 9.1 and Business Control Center 9.1. Integrations
include Innotrac for fulfillment, Vertex for tax, SAP for employee
master data, ATG search for site search, Cybersource for payment
gateway and fraud checking, Omniture and Google Analytics for
traffic analytics and Ceridian for gift cards.

Project: Jo-Ann Stores (joann.com) upgrade

. Led a multi-site delivery with a client integrated development team
in the complete re-write and infrastructure upgrade of the nation's
largest fabric and craft retailer's website. The site was the
first site to utilize ATG 9.1, and featured significant faceted
navigation as well as implementations of the Commerce Service
Center 9.1, Business Control Center 9.1 and ATG Customer
Intelligence modules. Integrations included Vertex for tax, SAP
for product master data, sales and inventory, EasyAsk for search,
FirstData for payment gateway, Google Analytics and CoreMetrics for

Project: Global Supply Chain Optimization

. Led a custom software development project to optimize Target
Corporation's Global Supply Chain. The patent-pending system will have
industry- changing impact on the way overseas merchandise transportation
is conducted and provide $100 million NPV to Target. The web-based
application will be used by approximately 50,000 vendors in dozens of
countries throughout the world.
. Outcome: With three major releases in summer 2007, fall 2007 and spring
2008 the project was successfully rolled out worldwide. The system has
been used by external vendors to successfully book tens of thousands of
purchase orders.
Project: Enterprise Content Management (ECM)

. Led a cross-company software package implementation project to create a
foundational system for Enterprise Content Management using EMC's
Documentum product. The base installation consisted of 36 dedicated
servers, 10 terabytes of storage, and will be used in production by
10,000 users in India and the U.S. within the first 12 months.
. Outcome: Influenced the adoption of the platform to over 10 business
units within Target to provide millions of dollars in savings within the
