Manager, International Security: Responsible for managing a $8
million international security department, responsible for
emergency preparedness, contingency planning, travel
safety/security, induction training, executive security, security
systems, planning, training, liaison with law enforcement, the
military, U.S. State Department, development of policy and programs
for all international locations in South America, China, Middle
East, United Kingdom and West Africa.
. Implemented a comprehensive program to evacuate ex-patriot
employees and their families out of foreign countries in the
event of a national disaster or national crisis. Net Result:
The extraction program included comprehensive options to move
company personnel and their families out of the country by air,
sea, land or providing a secure location in country. This
included contracting with security and medical companies
specializing in extracting personnel from high risk locations.
. Created an international travel program that managed a $7
million annual travel budget by implementing an exclusive
contract with a global travel company, a comprehensive travel
safety/security program and successfully negotiated discounts
from major airlines. Net Result: Reduced cost of air travel by
$750k, per year, improved booking for air travel and provided
security briefings to each person traveling internationally,
travel tracking, emergency communications, required Visa's, and
inoculations.
. Managed the development of a complex safety/security system for
a $20 million corporate office building in West Africa that
included lighting, access control, CCTV, badge system and a safe
room for all personnel. Net Result: Implemented a $500k state-
of-the-art safety/security system that will reduce dependence on
security officers, improve the security and safety of the
personnel who live and work in the building.

Senior Director Corporate Security, Business Continuity and
Building Safety: Responsible for directing corporate security,
crisis management and business continuity to include
investigations, business recovery centers, high rise building
safety for the corporate headquarters, the Emergency Response Team,
Department of Homeland Security and U.S. Coast Guard regulatory
compliance, complex security systems.
. Responsible for corporate Business Continuity and Business
Recovery to include plan development, training, drills, and
logistical support for two self sustaining off-site facilities
that supported critical business operations. Net Result:
Hurricane Ike created the need to activate the Business Recovery
Center for ten days without a single interruption to critical
business operations. This included providing food, water, and
lodging for 28 personnel 24-hours a day.
. Implemented a comprehensive high-rise office safety and
emergency response program for the corporate headquarters, to
include emergency evacuation, first aid, prevention, training,
drills, and first responder. Net Result: Created the Emergency
Response Team (ERT) that included 60 employee volunteers who
were trained in advanced First Aid, CPR, Automatic External
Defibrillators (AED), high rise evacuation, and safety survey's
of their work areas.

Global Security Advisor: Responsible for managing and directing
global investigations, complex safety/security systems, Security
Vulnerability Assessments (SVA), government compliance with
Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Coast Guard, multi-million
dollar security contracts, Operational Excellence, business
continuity, crisis management, personnel and asset security,
domestic, and international collaboration with law enforcement
agencies.
. Responsible for implementation and management of the U.S. Coast
Guard, Maritime Transpiration Security Act (MTSA), Department of
Homeland Security, Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards
(CFATS), Buffer Zone Protection Program (BZPP), and the
Transportation Security Agency, Transportation Worker
Identification Credential (TWIC) for 12 plants across the United
States. Net Result: All MTSA facilities are fully compliant
with excellent auditing results from the U.S Coast Guard,
reduced TWIC impact on all MTSA facilities by 80% and reduced
cost of compliance by $800,000 per year. All CFATS facilities
have registered and in compliance. Excellent working
relationship with DHS senior management, TSA contractor Lockheed
Martin, and industry associations, NPRA, ACC and SOCMA.
. Managed corporate safety/security systems and investigations
globally. Net Result: Development of a global standard for
security systems to include CCTV, access control, global
identification system, intrusion detection, and personnel
verification. Resolved a $240,000 fraud/theft case involving
organized group of contractors.
. Responsible for the management and compliance of the U.S.
Customs, Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT)
for all shipments being imported and exported within the United
States. Net Result: The Company has successfully passed two C-
TPAT audits resulting in the Company being full compliance.
