the management of Company on an Administrative level. This included but

Brought workers' compensation program into full compliance. Implemented a
deductible program earning the company 18% of annual premium as a return
due to decreased injuries and expenses. MOD factor dropped from 1.0 to
.72.

code of conduct, FMLA policy and benefits information.
Led the Company's efforts to become IMAGE certified working with ICE and
DHS agents.
Instrumental in the auditing and implementation of the Quality Management

Responsibilities included: Supervision of Quality Assurance Technicians,
Project launch specialists, and customer Maintenance personnel. This
involved managing customer complaints issuing RMA (Return Material
Acceptance). Pending credits and monitoring a corrective action program
for quality related deficiencies.
Preparation and management of the Quality Assurance department's annual
Capital Expense Budget
Creation and implementation or ISO9001-2000 program, also monitor and
facilitate individual quality plans throughout, to meet customer's
requirements for EN40001, NSF, QS9000/TS9000, SPC and IMDS.
Critical to all above duties are file management, document control,
training matrix supervision, use of Windows XP, Excel, IQMS Enterprise.
EH&S Manager /HR Assistant, April 1995 - December 2003
Responsibilities included management of all Safety, DOT, EPA and DNR
programs and policies. This included the training of all employees in
required topics as dictated by their job functions and management of the
Company's buildings, vehicles and equipment.
Management of the Worker's Compensation program, performing case
management of employee medical appointments, medical billing,
correspondence to the insurance company and providing assistance to the
injured employee. This also included the creation of a Return to Work
Program that kept the injured worker in touch with their peers throughout
