I have been working in the construction industry for over

Superintendent since 1983. I have a vast knowledge of
running construction projects, from Remodeling and
Renovations to Ground Up New Construction. I have
experience in numerous types of projects such as Hospital &
Medical Projects, Retail & Office Buildings, Church &
School Projects and Correctional Facilities. I am seeking
a fulltime position as a superintendent or traveling
superintendent with a company that can provide a secure

Senior Superintendent
1/2008 - 9/2008 David Boland, Inc., Titusville, FL.
. I was hired by David Boland, Inc. to run the
construction of the New Maintenance Facility at Creech
Air force Base in Indian Springs, NV. It involved
completion of the Ground Control Station, the GMPX Bldg,
and the construction of the New Predator Maintenance
Hangar. I am currently completing 2 New Dormitories at
Macdill Air force, in Tampa, FL.

Since leaving the Neenan Co., I purchased a home and have
spent several months remodeling it, along with going into
business with my brother, doing remodeling in the Northern
Wisconsin area.

I was a Traveling Superintendent overseeing Out of State
Medical Projects. I was also requested to review resumes of
potential new hires. I helped to train an assistant
superintendent for the full time superintendent position on
the Cambridge Medical Office Building, in Rogers, AR.

Superintendent overseeing the construction of the following
Projects. Falcon Heights Senior Apartments project, a 57
unit apartment building w/ underground parking, along with
the foundation work for the adjoining 120 unit Multi-family
apartment building. Also the construction of the new 28
million dollar St. Francis Hospital & Nursing Home Project
in Breckenridge, MN.
