to senior leadership. Responsible for all project budgeting, RFP writing, qualifying of

f inancial modeling. Analyzed various green building techniques, and implemented policy.

Project Manager, Designer, Drafter
Drafted complete design documents and performed “red line” corrections for commercial
s tructures including grocery stores, retail centers, drug stores, and mixed-use facilities. Also
created complete construction documents for custom luxury homes averaging 10,000 square feet.
M aintained f loor plans for three hospitals totaling over 100,000 square footage. Monitored up-

Competition based on 22-acre site in Charlotte, NC located adjacent to a light rail t ransit
s top. The team created a complete development proposal which included market study, t rend
analysis, financial projections, and culminated with a presentation of the t ransit oriented
development design to the landowners, public officials, and interested developers.
Designed all visual graphics including site plan, presentation boards, presentation video, and
p resentation handouts. Also interviewed surrounding business owners and residents to
