control center. I also had charge of another data center located near DFW airport. I
planned, created and executed plans for the build and relocation of corporate NOC. I
communicated clearly and effectively with the data center manager, executive staff,
employees and customers. Responsible for hardware asset management / tracking I provided
timely accurate performance metrics to meet service level agreements. I practiced positive
