- Recruited and conducted initial interviews with potential employees
(RN's, LPN's, CNA's) to provide in home care for our patients.
- Maintained schedules for +50 patients, with priorities around patient
care and safety, while also adhering to strict corporate and state
compliance guidelines.
- Was in charge of doing weekly payroll for 100-125 active employees.
- Made weekly customer service calls patients to ensure that all
patient's needs and wants were being met.
- Provided key support for the growth of patient census from 29 to 53
patients, member of a team that increased weekly sales from 30K a week
to 50K a week.
Movers Specialty Services, May 2008- July 2008
- Laborer responsible for building specialty wooden creates for high
priced items such as flat screen TVs, paintings and panes of glass.
- Prepared large appliances for transport by moving company.
- Disassembled and reassembled large multi-piece items.

- Packed, Loaded and moved furniture in both residential and office
settings.

plus hours of practice, competition and travel with a full academic
