Job Description: Engineering Change Designer/CAD Data Admin April 2004 to Nov 2009

• Monitor engineering changes utilizing Catia V4 & V5R19, UG.NX, and Teamcenter Engineering PLM.

• Design and develop new CAD models for reverse engineering changes. Redesign and incorporate new

changes on CAD models for in-house rework on CNC machines for check gages, tool and die designs.

• Create and update CAD drawings for: detail/assy GD&T, assy tooling nets/datums, purchased components

and new business quote plots. Maintain assy BOM, weld master reports and part comment page/attributes.

• Manage all aspects of CAD Data Administration, as well as, customer/client private FTP accounts.

• Provide individual and departmental support covering the entirety of CAD. e.g., Entire programs updated for

Catia V4-V5 migration and MBUSI 11250 Steel Spec. Facilitate CMM dept w/ CAD issues on Metrolog,

Faro, CM4d programs. Teach and assist others using Teamcenter Eng PLM and VisView Pro.

• Strong working knowledge of design and GDT standards; Mercedes, Chrysler, Nissan, GM and Ford.
