Operations Manager/ 2003-2010
Develop a coin operated telephone business from the conceptual stage, through
funding, gaining regulatory approval, starting up operations, relieving all debt and
generating a profit. I was responsible for all day to day operational and financial
activities of the corporation while negotiating placement agreements for overv100
pay telephones.

Manager 1990-2003
Direct supervisory responsibilities for both management and hourly employees in
Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana. Supervised 22 direct reports and was
responsible for gaining and retaining location agreements which generated revenue of
over $48 million. Lead Bellsouth team during customer/agreement disputes.

Negotiated with property owners agreements for site locations of coin telephones,
directed contractor placement of telephone related enclosures and power
requirements, acted as the interface between customers and Bellsouth in contractual
disputes.

Spliced buried, underground, and aerial cables using various connectivity methods.
Responsible for proper bonding, air pressure maintenance and overall quality control.
