components. Our customers include, BMW, Toyota, General Motors, Ford and
Nissan. I am responsible for our purchasing, production control and customer
service departments. I manage all subcontractors and request for quotes for all contract

While at Summit Polymers I have been able to reduce our inventory days on hand, and
reduce our freight cost. I am the lead on several inventory reduction teams and I have

US Postal Service, US Air Force, US Coast Guard, Lockheed Martin and Northrup
Grumman. I had supervisory responsibility over the purchasing department which
consisted of 3. This involved the Master Schedule, MRP, purchase orders and supplier
negotiations. I managed the shipping and receiving departments which consisted of 8.
This included all outbound and inbound freight, data entry, and material storage and
control.

transmissions and axles. I was responsible for all shipping and receiving
functions, both inbound and outbound. I directed the purchasing department

I managed the Master Schedule and MRP and was responsible for all physical
inventories and cycle count activities. While at Timken I developed a new
cycle count procedure and tracking database. I was the lead on a new software
implementation.

Johnson Controls was a Tier 1 and Tier 2 supplier of metal seat frames. Our customers
included, Toyota, Ford, and GM. I started as an production control manager. I had all
of the Toyota and Ford customers, both national and international. I then accepted
a promotion to Master Scheduler. The plant had been there for over 43 years and had
never had a Master Scheduler. As Master Scheduler I had overall plant responsibility
for implementing the master schedule. I supervised the mrp process and supervised the
production control coordinators and receiving department.
I was able to implement a major cost savings, which resulted in a savings of over
250,000 dollars a year. I was the co-lead, along with a Six Sigma black belt on a
quality control project that resulted in a major reduction of non conforming product
being shipped to the customer and the savings associated with that.
Donnelly Corporation

Donnelly was a Tier 1 supplier of driver and passenger windows. Our customers included
Toyota, Ford, Honda and Isuzu. While at Donnelly I managed the shipping and receiving
departments. This included all material handlers over 3 shifts. I directed the productions
control coordinators and purchasing department which consisted of 5. I had the
responsibility for all supplier relations and negotiations.
I managed the master schedule and the mrp system and oversaw all cycle count activities.
I had overall responsibility for all physical inventories. I was the plant lead on the
implementation of a new software system. While at Donnelly we only had two short
shipments in five years.
Steinberg’s Incorporated

Steinberg’s was a regional consumer electronics and appliance chain. We were
competitors of Best Buy, Circuit City, Lowes. While at Steinberg’s, I was able
to become the youngest manager in Steinberg’s history. I had the overall
responsibility for 10 stores in two states. This included all day to day activities
for customer relations and the service departments. I oversaw and directed the
store operations for each location along with all human resource functions.
I was able to implement the Steinberg’s service fleet. Steinberg’s had always
outsourced the in home repair of our products. I managed the fleets growth
from 2 repair vans to over 25. I worked with our corporate IT department to
develop store to store inventory reporting. I created a new technician database
log for all customer repairs that made getting the proper information to the
the customer easier and more accurate.
