- I conducted my pre-professional internship experience at the Windber
Medical Center located in Windber PA. I worked in the Health Styles
department. Health Styles is a cardiac rehabilitation and medical
wellness facility. Here I worked hands on with a wide variety of clients
on a cardiac rehabilitation, exercise physiologist, basis. Also, I
participated in the preparation and delivery of presentations on
fitness, wellness, and health specific topics.

- Monitored safety and organization of the daily activities of the
participants. Maintained order throughout the days at different tables
throughout the setup. Made sure that all the activities throughout the
day were performed safely.

- Volunteered to work with clients with disabilities. Disabilities ranged
from mental to physical disabilities. During these sessions, most of our
time was spent interacting between exercising in the fitness center and
in the aquatics department.
