To Whom It May Concern:
Please consider the attached as my application for the Neuro- Ortho-
Trama Medical Device Sales position as seen on Indeed.com job website.
I graduated from the State University of New York College at Cortland
in May of 2010 with a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences and a minor
in Chemistry. While attending SUNY Cortland I successfully completed
numerous presentation and communication skills classes thus providing me
with exceptional skills in these areas. My extensive course work in
Biology has allowed me to gain an understanding and appreciation for the
enhancement of human welfare and the technological advances within many
biomedical companies. The primary focus of my education is on pathology,
anatomy, and physiology. These main staples increased my knowledge and
understanding of the human body and its functions. Also from 2009 to 2010 I
was an intern in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab in Ellis Hospital. During
my internship I observed several procedures and followed several medical
device representatives, which helped better my knowledge of the job
requirements for a successful representative. I believe my education at
SUNY Cortland and my Internship at Ellis Hospital has provided me with the
skills necessary to become a vital part of the biomedical community and
great representative to the PMT Corporation.
I would like to thank you in advance for your time and consideration.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.

To whom it may concern,
I have had the pleasure of working with John Mizenko during his internship
at Ellis Hospital. I found him to be an exceptional student who has a great
ability to understand the concepts of pacemakers and ICD's.
John has the ability to learn new information quickly and apply it in the
clinical setting. I was impressed with his eagerness to learn and be part
of the team.
He would be a great asset in his pursuit of a career in the cardiac field.
Whether John decided to seek employment or further his training experience
through schooling, John has a bright future.
Respectfully,

Recently I've had the privilege of mentoring John Mizenko during his
internship at Ellis Hospital. I've found him to be attentive, personable,
and a good communicator. He is responsive to needs of others. During the
time I spent with John he showed great interest in the field of
electrophysiology and a great understanding of electrophysiology
concepts. I have read his outstanding internship final report and I'm very
impressed. John will be an excellent employee as he is a very quick leaner.
