. Managed and led teams consisting of architects and engineers to design
communities within budget and met company design guidelines and
regulatory requirements consistently.
. Reviewed and approved design documents, which ensured quality control and
company guidelines.
. Developed internal report which provided construction cost
estimates/escalation in over 50 U.S. markets to assist executive
management team with determining viable markets for new developments.
. Analyzed and created list of historical construction costs for six

cost comparisons for new developments in similar markets.
