providing training and guidelines for use of Textron's ERP system, converting

material releasing to min/max and kanban systems, and converting local

Involved in removing logistics control from third party source to a plant

controlled operation that resulted in annual savings of over $150,000.

Reduced warehouse space from 50,000 ft2 to less than 35,000 ft2 allowing for
