10/05 - 5/09 Responsible for managing clients' accounts and internal
claims personnel for the purpose of assisting with their workers'
compensation and general liability risk management efforts. Client base
has included a large public entity, multi-facility health care
organization, and contracted claims handling for insurers. Responsibilities
included report creation and data analysis, assistance with safety
concerns, and problem-solving, all to help identify areas of concern and
help reduce the clients' cost of risk. Also responsible for handling
renewals, reviewing contracts, assessing program costs and revenue, and
providing training and presentations to clients and staff as needed.

1997 to 1999 Responsible for advising other Risk Management Committee
members on risk-related issues, making recommendations, participating in
the decision-making process, and managing the activities of Ryland's
insurance broker. Recommendations included program design, marketing
