Managed P & L, financial budgeting and analysis, and strategic planning.
Directed and consolidated a diversified business structure with Company
operations in four distinctly different markets into a single consolidated
financial statement. Presented financial results and recommended solutions
to CEO and Board. Published Company's 10K, 10Qs, 8Ks and corporate income
taxes
. Successfully controlled costs and increased profits by forging a new
business strategy. Converted finance business from a dealer/partner
