loading of material manufactured and processed.

Utilizing Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement Methods in Kaizen,

Kanban, SPC, TQM, SPQRC, 5S System VSM in Manufacturing Metrics to maximize

production goals.

Shift Leader for all employee safety, training, mentoring, morale,

discipline and Lean Manufacturing / Maintenance requirements for the shift.

Production / Shift Supervisor

Supervised 75 - 100 UAW production personnel in the planning and
