To whom it may concern:
I am writing to express my interest in your organization; therefore, please allow me to submit my
résumé for your review. Having served in sales, managerial and marketing leadership roles for
the past 10 years, I have exhibited continued success in meeting business/operational goals. I am
confident that I can make a valuable contribution to your future projects and initiatives.
What I bring to your Ticket Agent position is a combination of team leadership, business
development, negotiation, and excellent interpersonal skills that I have leveraged to meet and
exceed expectations. I analyze core operational/business functions and implement the most
appropriate solutions that drive continual business growth. Examples from my previous
professional and non-profit organizational experience include the following:
Achievement of profit, sales volume, and net revenue objectives as General Manager;
Maintained the ability to analyze complex situations, compose effective diplomatic
solutions, as well as implement actions deemed necessary to resolve contention in
domestic and international settings;
Demonstrated working knowledge and experience in recruiting; including reviewing
resumes, conducting interviews, testing and assigning associates and managers to
various tasks based on their skills and abilities;
Organized and managed teams in order to maximize time efficiency, combine skill sets,
set priorities, improve the work environment, and maintain ethical standards.
Developed and led team building exercises to engage clients, ensure modes of approach,
provide excellent service, and continuously update and improve management/associate
relationships;
Throughout my time with the University of Charlotte’s Model United Nations, I was able to learn
diplomatic processes and how to defend key initiatives while maintaining the ethical standard of
the sovereign nation I was representing. The two years of working with representatives from
around the world changed my everyday behavior. I am now a negotiator, problem solver,
diplomat, world traveler, politician, and policy upholder. I can effectively promote, translate, and
implement my ideas to anyone, irrelevant of social class, language barrier, or ethnic/religious
difference.
Being one with motivation, determination, and drive I choose to apply for a position that would
allow for personal, educational, and job related growth. Over time I have learned that each aspect
of your life is governed by you and your respective actions. I am driven by my perception,
integrity, values, and ethics which are valued above all else. Because my success in these areas
covers multiple environments, I am confident I can do the same as a member of your team.
My résumé contains additional details regarding my career accomplishments. I would welcome
an opportunity for a personal interview to discuss your organization’s needs and the results you
can expect from me in addressing those needs. I thank you in advance for your time and
consideration.
Sincerely,
Crystal G. Fuller
