Director of Accounting - Travel Department 2007 - 2009

Directed corporate credit card program, interpreted FAR and CAS regulations

to ensure travel system compliance, processing over 550,000 expense

reports annually, recording costs to the final cost objective in accordance

with FAR and CAS regulations and lead an organization of 300 people.

Operating budget: $28M.

1. Increased productivity 25% by instituting process-based management and

LEAN in the office, improved employee satisfaction as well.

processes and accelerating expense report cycle time from 6.5 to 4.3
