management, wastewater management, and profit and loss
responsibilities.

occupational specialties for an Armor Battalion. Responsible

accountability of $32 million of property. Directly manage,
train, and schedule 300 personnel for both maintenance and
logistical operations.
Trained over 200 soldiers and airman to successfully execute combat
missions in the Republic of Iraq.
Transformed a weak maintenance system that failed a readiness inspection
(68% pass rate) to a productive and effective operation that passed the
same inspection with the highest pass rate (96%) of any other unit
inspected in the 82nd Airborne Division.
