Paint rejects from over 15 complaints per shift to less than five per

week

. Develop a pull manufacturing schedule at Fleetwood Metal Inc that

reduced inventory to less than one-third of their former levels

. Implemented a kan ban system for all consumables, from PPE to copper

tips, that has led to a cost reduction of over $ 3000 a month

. Led a project at Fleetwood Metal that raised the total plant

efficiency from an average of 68% in 2009 to over 88% for 2009
