. Simulation of the dispatching function at WLT: A project funded by
Wisconsin Lift Trucks Co. (WLT) to improve its dispatching function.
Conducted statistical data analysis using Minitab, Simulation programming
using ProModel, and writing the final technical report. Project carried
under supervision of Prof Jaejin Jang of UWM
. "On-Time Service for Distributed Areas: Dynamic Vehicle Routing with Time
Window Constraints:"A project funded by MiTAG to improve material
handling in warehouse through using RFID tags and sensors and used in
online real time storage and picking up goods. Developed an algorithm for
VRPTW, programming an analysis software using VB, simulation programming
using Arena, and writing a technical report. Project was carried out
under the supervision of Prof Jaejin Jang of UWM.

machines as specified by the customer, but, due to the huge number of
produced parts they face problems in planning department. We designed a
comprehensive planning system according to their needs.
. Technical Assessment of Al industry sector at Mit Ghamr: Mit Ghamr is a
small city that has an effective role in Egypt. It collects the metallic
scrap from the whole country and recycles them. The most important metal
they recycle is Al. There are 30 Cast Foundry and over 3000 small
workshop there. Our mission was to technically assess the technology they
use and supply them with the possible enhancement.
. Technical Assistant for E-med Company: E-med is a company specialized in
the manufacture of human medical parts for operations. It imports parts
and process them as required. It aims to produce the whole parts locally.
So, they seek technical assistance from us in choosing the required
machines, layout, jigs and fixtures.
. Skills Improvement of Die Design Sector at 6th October City: Many
companies in 6th October city face difficulties in die design. Our
mission was to technically assess their practice their and provide
possible improvements. A comprehensive training course was provided to
improve employees' skills.
. Technical Assessment of Royal Pack Production Practice: Royal pack is
specialized in food production and they face some internal difficulties,
our mission was to assess their practice in all departments and supply
them with possible improvements.
