SUMMARY
I bring a rich, varied, and complex wealth of knowledge as a Process and
Performance Improvement professional whose uniqueness is my extensive

strong salient feature of my skill set includes working with supervisors,
peers, and clients in both corporate (store support), manufacturing,
distribution, and academic arenas.

thoroughness in getting the job done.
Professional Experience
I have taught at Tarrant County College - Northeast and Southeast teaching

retailers across the U.S.
I also taught evenings at Dallas County College Community District at Cedar
Valley College (Intro to Computer Science, Data Communications and
Continuing Ed.) for 18 semesters and currently as an Academic Advisor at El
Centro teaching Career Development and Learning Framework classes.
I helped install a new H. R. system, over a 6-month period, where we
implemented a new compensation plan. I worked with key H.R. specialists in
the deliverable. For over 18 months, not a single failure was reported.
My duties include blended learning deliverables, academic advising,
occupational learning, job placement, tutoring, and community outreach.
At a Fortune 500 company, I helped implement, develop curriculum, write
training guides, and train on a new computer system. A rewards and
recognitions strategy that I helped put together supported better learning,
memory retention, and use of the new system.
At a warehouse management system software vendor, I managed a logistics
project for a leading automotive distributor for over 6 years. This
included selecting, training, curriculum development, evaluating staff, and
scheduling on-site support.
I have coordinated, set-up, and manned education fairs, put on workshops,
and organized user group conferences in logistics and in academia.
I helped trained and teach the work force at a San Bernardino industrial
facility to help open a 600,000 sq ft warehouse. This is a diverse work-
force that includes multiple cultures (primarily Spanish and African-
American), male-female, spanning the ages of 18 to 50+.
Periodic audits were conducted to support that the training methods were
being retained and that high standards of work were maintained, by using
