ACHIEVEMENTS

Troubleshot the Laser refractive surgery unit issue to isolate and identify a problem with robotic monitor.

Resolved problem by replacing the VGA card; however it was suggested by senior engineer to replace the

entire CPU tower, in efforts to meet the deadline. Results: Reduced service costs and future maintenance

issues and met client’s deadlines. Prevented future, similar problems with like units by reporting the

problem to the HQ research engineers

Laser was down for just a couple of hours before scheduled surgery. It’s a priority to the company to keep

the units for client satisfaction and to meet revenue goals as company charges a fee for each surgical

operation being done by the unit. Rapid response and successful identification of problem saved the

scheduled surgeries. Results: Demonstrated professional attitude addressing the situation, saving a lot of

expenses that could have resulted from losing those surgeries.

Customer kept calling regarding certain I.T. computer networking difficulties that nobody from II tech

support could solve. Listened to the customer and carefully analyzed the information and assured the client

that his difficulty would be resolved seamlessly. Results: Saved the company a significant amount of service

time money and contributed to great customer service. Was promoted to a team lead position
