. Installed an Enclosed Doctor Blade Print System on

each of our two flexographic printing lines,

upgrading from the three-roll system. This has

increased our line speeds/productivity by 40% when

printing.

. Have worked with R&D to implement several new

product grades.

. Implemented a routine maintenance cleaning schedule

of the chill rolls on one coater line which reduced

our reject due to fiber pull by approximately

$30,000.

. Installed an additional idler on one

Coater/Printing line which allows the use of a web

print scanner on all print jobs, thus reducing print

reject due to quicker detection of skips and other

print defects.
