Resort Assistant Manager: February 2010 - Present

. Manages the staff at the Front Desk, Concierge, Bell Staff

and PBX. Interviews, trains and schedules the staff.

Conducts Performance Evaluations and discipline staff when

needed.

. Coordinates arrivals, departures and billing requirements

with Salesand Catering Department. Blocks rooms for

. Ensure proper billing paperwork for group or individual

. Ensure administrative work, finalizing the daily shuttle

schedule and proper issuing of bus assignment to the

drivers must be completed.

. Assist transportation manager with weekly scheduling,

monthly office or drivers supplies requisitioning,

scheduling appointments for drivers with expired PUC or CDL
