Chief Financial Officer

CFO responsible for finance and IT functions for manufacturing

facilities in Ossining, NY, Singapore and Mexico City with

combined sales of $20M. On the board of directors for the

company in Singapore with responsibility for strategic direction

of the company's expansion in the Asian markets.

Responsible for Accounting (Financial Reporting, A/P, A/R, Cost

Accounting, Budgeting and Treasury), and Information Technology

Re-vamped financial reporting to the Board of Directors to
