Started as traffic coordinator responsible for securing loads out of GAF
for 76 trucks. Figured mileage, best loads and most efficient logistical
routing for trucks based on drivers location and home address. Since
August of 2007 I held the position of terminal manager where I was
responsible for all functions of the trucking terminal. This included
office personnel management, tracking of all drivers and equipment
inventories using computerized Qual-Com system, scheduling of loads, heavy
correspondence with customers and load planners via email and phone and
maintaining
up-to-date computer records.

Oversaw daily operations of trucking terminal with 23 employees. Assigned
equipment and loads to drivers. Scheduled and implemented best logistical

mechanic shop. Administered safety programs and training for all trucking
employees. Maintained all pertinent computer records.

Responsibilities included receiving, shipping and warehouse foreman. I was
in charge of all phases of warehouse operations and warehouse personnel at
Krieger Ragsdale. This position included planning, supervising and
evaluating employees and their work loads; interacting among all levels of
staff; developing an operations system that assured goals were met
accurately, timely and effectively.

February 1986 - November 1988
I was responsible for changing this building for National Industrial
Services to make an efficient warehouse operation for the public. Bristol
Myers was among our largest tenants. It was my responsibility to handle
all of the Bristol Myers promotional items which were warehoused here. I
also oversaw all other day-to-day operations of the warehouse including
truck shipments, UPS shipments, etc.

Receiving Clerk promoted to Shipping Supervisor
May 1972 - February 1986
Began as a fork-truck operator and after six months was promoted to
receiving clerk.. Was in charge of all inbound freight, shipments between
plants, kept all shipping and receiving reports. Promoted to Printing and
Inventory Controller in 1977 and in 1980 was promoted to Shipping and
Receiving Supervisor. Also was chief union steward for the plant and was
involved in the negotiations of two contracts.
