Resume:

Terena Meador

POB **** . Ridgelland, SC ***** . *********@*****.*** . Cell

843-***-****)

Objective Finance Specialist with over 15 years experience with

strong analytical skills in budgeting, forecasting,

expense analysis and identifying and implementing

process improvement. I am a very people oriented

person and have high expectations of working for a

prestigious and well-established organization. I

enjoy challenges and consider myself a quick

efficient apprentice with aggression and diligence.

With my extensive knowledge of finance and

bookkeeping, I understand the importance of 'gross

profit margin' and 'risk vs. return ratio' in any

business. I have experience in customer service,

sales and collections with a proven performance

history of reducing DSO days and increasing sales in

a diminutive period of time. I have the ability to

resolve issues quickly without supervision.

Relocation is an option for the right position.

Computer knowledge of many accounting, word, and

marketing programs including oscommerce web sites.

Duties include managing the vendor base, writing

effective contracts, data entry, tracking projects,

accounting and marketing, including social networking

and advertising strategies. In this business a person

constantly develops new resources and skills.

Professional August 2007-February 2009 CNAC Finance/JD Byrider

experience Finance Manager

Duties included evaluating and supervising CNAC

office activities, achieving all delinquency goals,

charge-off goals and collection goals. Within the

first ninety days, I reduced the DSO days and charge

off substantially. Each application was taken by the

salesperson and brought to CNAC with all

documentation (driver's license, utility bill and

proof of income). My job as an underwriter/manager

was to interview each applicant and complete a budget

with them to assure the affordability. The next step

would be to process their application through our ARE

Software. This program classed each individual as

highest, higher, standard, lower and lowest risk.

Understanding that we were in the sub prime high risk

financing, careful assessment of each individual had

to be taken. Some lowest risk deals were not

acceptable and some higher risk deals may have been

approved for inaccurate information on their credit

report. I insured that every deal structure adhered

to CNAC standards. Verified and evaluated each loan

applicant, rendered a lending decision and issued a

condition statement with proper risk vs. return

ratio.

Closed loans, evaluated problem accounts and prepared

an action plan to bring delinquent accounts current.

Created loan files for each account, monitoring for

completeness, correctness and compliance with my

lending decision. Made deposits, reconciled cash,

prepared spreadsheets for bank, completed borrowing

base paperwork, and made decisions on repossessing

vehicles, filing judgments, customer service, etc.

March 2002-July 2007 Builders First Source

from 1.5 million to 3.5 million monthly with an

average of four hundred active accounts. Supervised

three locations, making all credit line, collection

and legal decisions. Credit decisions were based on a

consumer credit report, Dunn & Bradstreet report,

financial statements and business references. Credit

line would be then determined on the financial needs

of the corporation or contractor and their source of

income for completion of the project. Some accounts

we would require their financial plan for the project
