Accounts Payable Administrator 2005

• Responsible for processing data orders submitted by the sales representatives. I processed orders with

approximately 97% accuracy. Responsible for the data entry of approximately 200 orders daily, credit and

debit discrepancy research and month end reconciliations for a $3 million dollar account. This account went

from using a 10-key process to an EDI upload format. I participated in the EDI transition which resulted in

changes to the format.

• Worked with various IT personnel to develop reports in Oracle and updates in the MVS and Concast systems

that enabled me to retrieve detailed data for more accurate reports.

• Compiled, and reported to senior management, shipping reports in Excel format tracking daily shipments

against monthly forecasts. I used automated systems to extract financial data which assisted me with creating

product pricing reports using Excel to track commodity pricing on a daily basis which supported decisions

made by senior management and customers.

• Produced training manuals which was used by support personnel for correctly processing invoices and the

correct and accurate preparation of daily reports.

• Established and maintained subject matter and correspondence files and rotated prepared files for shipment to

storage facilities.

• Operated automation equipment using a variety of software programs to create copy, edit, calculate, revise,

retrieve, store and print a wide range of documents in final form. Arranged material in proper format, and
