system, modify security roles, improve usefulness on nVision reports by

insuring drilldown to detail transactions. Lead UAT by providing test

Key Accomplishments:

. Developed strategy and test scripts for User Acceptance Testing of

forecasting and revamped Syspro Balance Sheet and Income Statements for

improved reporting. Improved audit results by using designed extracts in

prescribed format.

Key Accomplishments:

. Instituted usage of best business practices for Billings and

Collections. Reduced Late Accounts Receivable from $350K to less than

$80K in three months after implementation of changes.

. Created capability to analyze backlog by gross margin percentage and

under targeted percentage. This supported corrective action on pricing

and sourcing to improve margins.

. Designed and implemented systems modifications to insure that "Bill of

Material" was utilized correctly when recording warehouse receipt
