Responsible for HR Operations at the Covington, Tennessee location and the
Little Rock, Arkansas location. Worked with members of management to create
HR policies and procedures; recruit employees; create group benefits
databases; and develop orientation, and incentive programs. Manage leave-of-
absence programs and personnel records; administer benefits enrollment and
handle HR workplace issues.
Key Results:
Developed process flows for many key tasks. These process flows gave
management a quick reference on how these tasks were properly handled and
maintained in order to maintain consistency among all team members.
Developed a new hire orientation program with team members from other
departments. Orientation was extended from three days to two weeks
providing each new hire with many aspects of the company.
Developed a Salaried employee handbook listing all policies and procedures
that were different from the hourly workforce policies.
