Maintenance Manager
Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of four (4) manufacturing
facilities in two (2) states. Implemented the first Preventive
Maintenance program to be set up on a production schedule to insure no
disruption of production. Decreased downtime by 33% through Preventive
Maintenance and Computerized Maintenance Management Software systems
along with a predictive maintenance program. Make sure all maintenance
areas were ready for AIB inspections and all paper work was in order.
Responsible for thirty-nine (39) direct reports including scheduling,
yearly evaluations, and monitoring downtime to increase productivity.
Maintain annual maintenance operastional budget of $3 million dollars and
parts inventory of $1.5 million.
Maintenance Supervisor
Work with floor technicians to help decrease downtime and insure work
is done to OEM specs or better. Insure that all technicians are
working safely, following Lockout-Tagout procedures as well as
following PPE guidelines. Reported to the Maintenance Manager and

Scheduled the downtime on all equipment when lengthy repairs were

Maintenance Apprentices.

running in a very timely manner. Make both electrical and mechanical
modifications to existing machines to increase production and
reliability. Work on Flexographic printing presses and extrusion
laminators.
