. Responsible for system conversion and set up procedures for new

customer requirements, as well as negotiated directly with clients

to resolve issues

. Negotiated cluster contracts with vendors resulting in six-figure cost

. Coordinated with CPA firms on tax and audit reports

. Was second chair on Union negotiations which oversaw seven different
