your main duty was to offer various services affiliated with the telephone
company. After a year as a CSR, I was promoted to the quality assurance
department. In my role as a quality assurance representative I was
responsible for monitoring and evaluating 100 calls on a weekly basis as
well as provide feedback for such calls.
