underwriting of each life application, deciding if client qualified for the
insurance company the agent wrote the client up with. Approved applications
were scanned and saved to computer, attached to emails for the home office
and submitted to the insurance company.
Each file was monitored while it processed through the home office and the
insurance company by using the home office company and insurance company's
websites. If an application was stopped I notified the agent to have the
problem corrected. I did the same with mutual funds and annuities.
Answered calls from clients and agents, helping them with their needs.
Ordered all marketing supplies for agents as needed.

I did all of the above as the New Business Supervisor for 12,000+ plus
agents. I did not have to order their marketing and sales supplies but I
demonstrated to many agents office managers how to do this as well. I
supervised one employee at this job as the supervisor for the corporate
