To whom it may concern:

I have worked with Diana Noyes for a little over a year. During that time we have worked very closely

together at the front desk greeting patients, registering patients, answering phones, etc. I have worked in

this type of setting for over 20 years and I can honestly say that I have never worked this closely with

someone that is as enjoyable and easy to work with as Diana. She is friendly, professional, detail oriented,

and very helpful to the patients as well as her co-workers.

In addition to all of her regular job duties, Diana created our department newsletter, and publishes a new

one 1-2 times each month. They are very creative, fun, and informative.

Diana received the Employee of the Month for January, 2010. This award was very much deserved, and in an

organization of this size, that is quite an honor.

Anyone would be very lucky to work with Diana. I will miss her very much.

Sincerely,

Eula Bretland. Scheduler/Coordinator
