Objective

After three years of successfully leading a crew of 5-10 members in

the launching and recovering of jets for the United States Military, I feel

I have the tools and experience to effectively lead and motivate a group to

operate at their highest level. In addition to my military experience,

working at Bank of America has given me the experience needed to explain to
