paperless beginning with associate information and updates, benefits,
performance reviews, open enrollment, retirement information and
recruitment.
. Directed the overhaul of retirement plans to create competitiveness
and support recruitment and retention efforts
. Directed the wellness program including the recruitment of exercise
instructors, the procurement of equipment and the development of
incentive programs.
. Strategically led leadership team and through three reorganizations
impacting staff to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness
directly related to new strategic initiatives.
. Reduced staff by 51% in a comprehensive voluntary exit program to
align human resources with a major shift in programs.
. Directed restructuring of performance review, compensation and benefit
programs to recruit national thought leaders to the organization.
. Co-designed and facilitated with the President & CEO a culture change
that made the Foundation entrepreneurial with a focus on action rather
