. Directed the wellness program including the recruitment of exercise

instructors, the procurement of equipment and the development of

incentive programs.

. Strategically led leadership team and through three reorganizations

directly related to new strategic initiatives.

. Reduced staff by 51% in a comprehensive voluntary exit program to

align human resources with a major shift in programs.
