Manufacturing

Fill customer’s orders from stored merchandise per order forms

Keep accurate records of out-going orders

Package goods for either shipping or storage

Perform routine quality assurance of both raw materials and finished products

Properly documented results and findings of quality checks

Adhere to sanitation standards

Excellent hand eye coordination

Inspect product and /or containers to ensure packing specifications met

Clerical

Answer busy phone and inquiries pertaining to hotel services, registration of guests, and

shopping, dining, entertainment and travel directions

Handle thousands of pieces of mail on a daily basis

Sort incoming mail and distribute to designated areas within the clinic

Search directories to find correct addresses for redirected mail

Inspect all outgoing mail to make sure addresses were legible, correct postage and or

documentation is attached and all containers were in proper condition for mailing

Followed all postal regulations

Register, assign rooms, and issue room keys to new guests

Compute bills, collect payments, make change for guests, and verify guest’s credit.

Keep records of room availability and guest accounts

Supervised developmentally challenged individuals with daily living needs within a group

home setting

Manage detailed case files on all clients including medication schedules

Assist patients in acknowledging and accepting responsibility through feedback and

positive reinforcement

Transported clients to appointments, special outings and activities
