. Responsibilities include oversight of a $15 million budget,
maintenance and upkeep on all 21 major school buildings and associated
grounds, inventory control, safety compliance, planning and
construction of new additions to current school buildings; maintenance
and upkeep on a fleet of 100 buses, a computer network serving over
1000 employees and 7300 students, and 15 school cafeterias and food
service staff.
. Responsible for quality and inventory control for all transportation,
information technology, food service, and maintenance and construction
projects.
. Planned and supervised $4.5 million school construction building plan
in two phases. Coordinated with architect, contractors, and bid
process. Completed construction 10% under budget.
