• Successfully delivered master planning and design development services for first ever approved Development of
Regional Impact (DRI) development in Rockdale County, GA.
• Sole land planner for successfully annexed, 605 acre mixed-use PUD, DRI into Gainesville, GA. Project scope
comprised 1,150 single family detached homes, 578 condominium/townhomes, 460 multi-family dwellings, 806,000
square feet of office/warehouse space, 585,000 square feet of commercial space, and a 17-acre school site. Met
client’s 24- hour turnaround time request on initial conceptual plan for entire property. This fast delivery led to
client’s ability to negotiate intelligently and compete on a short-fuse land purchase.
• Led first prototype conservation subdivision design, and concurrent drafting of accompanying regulations in Rockdale
County, GA.
• Successfully spearheaded year-long company branding campaign which included vetting of marketing consultants,
production and management of content for revamped company website (clarkdesigngroup.com), company logo, and
print materials. Implemented first business development strategies to raise company profile, and expand into new
markets.
