Work Experience:

April 2007-Present Toyota Financial Services Owings Mills, MD

December 2008-Present Currently I am responsible for analyzing charge offs

and mitigating losses. This entails refunding any warranty funds obtained

by the vehicle purchaser, waiving any late fees that have been assessed due

to non payment and charging off the vehicles final balance amounts.

September 2008-December 2008 Inventory Control Officer-Responsible for

obtaining vehicles that have been repossessed and tracking them until they

reach our contracted auctions. In the event the vehicle doesn't reach the

auction, I then contact our repossession company with an expected "one-

call" resolution to locate our vehicle an ensure timely and proper delivery

to our auctions. Once the vehicle is found, I then completely turn the

vehicle over to the auction for possession. Also I am responsible for

contacting insurance companies for claims on damaged vehicles for charged

off.

April 2007-September 2008 Payment Processor--Previous duties included

payment and payoff posting to customers and dealers accounts, data entry

and spreadsheet record keeping of overnight deliveries to prevent losses

and recording minutes of our monthly team meetings. I was also responsible

for interoffice and United States postal incoming and outgoing mailroom

procedures, mail distribution and UPS, DHL, and FedEx processes and

inventory tracking.

September 2006-April 2007 Wachovia Corporation Glyndon, MD

Duties include processing customer credit and cash transactions, informing

customers of product knowledge for account upgrades and add-ons, and

processing night depository transactions. In the event of a night

depository error, I then contact account signer(s) for verification and

correction if necessary. If customers are unavailable, process deposit "as

is", have a second teller verify and draft detailed explanation letter of

deposit discrepancy to send to my customers.

July 2005-May 2006 The Harbor Bank of Maryland Baltimore, MD

Duties include processing customer credit and currency transactions,

assisting with teller manager duties which included ATM cash debit and

credit counting and balancing. Ensuring all of my credit and debit

transactions balance and assisted other tellers with their credit and debit

transaction balancing. In the event of a teller discrepancy, I would search

and correct errors when needed. Responsible for full branch which entailed

entering each teller's daily cash count, the ATM amounts and the branch's

vault amount on an Excel spreadsheet for daily tracking.

Duties include assisting Deaf and Hard of Hearing customers with continuous

customer service, translation of verbal and written conversation with a

computer and TTY machine, and ongoing training to technical and customer
