Manufacturing/Packager

Arrive at job site early enough to change into uniform and put on proper garbing.

Clock in and attend a brief shift starter.

Proceed into packaging room and perform all necessary checks as stated in batch

record.

Check entire line for any errors and refill bottle hopper, tablet hopper, capper,and leaflet

inserter.

Start line and monitor machines to make sure they run efficiently and safely.

Take breaks in designated break room and return on time or early.

Rotate with other team members and check line again due to shutdown.

Restart and begin packing the correct amount of bottles into shipper cartons and seal

top and bottom with tape.

Place proper identification label on carton and place on pallet following a formatted

stacking pattern.

Work consistently and safely until batch is complete, reconcile batch record, return

unused labels and leaflets to designated area.

Disassemble machine and perform necessary cleaning of packaging room following the

cleaning of machines SOP.

After all has been completed wait for room to be signed off by Quality Control and

reassemble machines.

Proceed with next lot.

Arrive at the Dr. Reddy’s site 15 minutes early and get dressed and attend shift starter.

Proceed to the manufacturing area and continue where previous shift stopped at.

Go to next step in batch record after step is complete initial and date.

After all steps of batch record are complete collect all rejects and reconcile batch

record.

Forwards batch record to lead operator and get the next batch record and start

manufacturing next lot number.

Get all ingredients necessary for manufacturing lot then open log book and follow batch

record accordingly.

Packager

Duties Include:

Arrive at the Dr. Reddy’s site 15 minutes early and get dressed and attend shift starter.

Proceed to the packaging area and continue where previous shift stopped at.

Go to next step in batch record after step is complete initial and date.

Get all ingredients necessary for manufacturing and packaging lot then open log book

After the manufacturing process is complete transfer product to packaging line and start

packaging.

Then when the product has went through all the different parts of the line and has

reached the end of the line and the expiration date and lot number is correct place into

box.

Send box though tape machine to get tape and packaging label for shipping.

Follow the stacking patterns for proper shipping.

Duties Include:

Arrive at work on time at workstation.

Proceed to pull out build up racks and install parts on to headliner in a timely manner to

fill up buffer.

Place headliner on sequencing table and check to make sure that all parts are installed

properly in the right location.

Place the proper CSN label the headliner and place in the right slot.

I continue to sequencing until all CNS label are finished and then report supervisors for

further instructions.
