2010. Program Specialist/Policy Studies Inc (Child Support

Responsibility included, answering phones, meeting with
clients to discuss issues with the child support
obligation, updating the state system with information
gathered from clients, employers and others, reviewing
court documents, enforcing child support obligations: i.e.,
issuing license revocations, attachments, sending out
income assignments. Calling employers to verify employment,
wages, addresses ect.
2006-2007 Telesales, Billing, Technical Support Randstad/Sky
Angel
Responsibility included answering phones in a call center for
sales, billing, and technical support
2000-2001 Customer Service, Maytag ask customers questions and
enter information into the computer system so that when the
call was transferred the customer could be helped with more
efficiency.
1999. Telesales/Retention/Billing Customer Service, Ameritech
Cellular
Telesales division responsibilities included sales and
service of all Ameritech Cellular and Paging products.
Taking inbound sales calls. Explaining to the caller our
current promotions and creating a need for our services.
Running credit reports via all credit bureaus. Mailing out
the contracts and following up to make sure the equipment
arrived and was working properly.
Retention division responsibilities included making calls
on an outbound automatic dialer. Calling current customers
and providing them with information on new products and
pricing plans. Offering to renew contracts.
Billing division responsibilities included receiving
inbound billing questions and issues, crediting accounts
for over billed amounts, changing orders, phone number
changes. Also assisting store personnel with changes or
issues with customers' accounts.
