Involvement
*Participated in Bluegrass Laminitis Symposium in Kentucky which enhanced
my understanding of the equine digit and its vital structures.
*Participated in UWRF Horseman's Association holding the secretary and
treasurer position and also in charge of the food booth.
*Participated in UWRF IHSA team helping organize and set up home shows
*Spent nights at campus farm monitoring neonatal foals and assisting in
foaling with several mares.
*Experienced infectious diseases and neurological diseases within the
equine with necropsy of a Wobblers mare and the monitoring of a mare with
purpura haemorrhagica
