Inventory Control Specialist

Responsible for maintaining accurate counts on inventory levels. Used Microsoft Word and Excel

to prepare reports and download adjustments. Performed cycle counts on inventory using

scanners and downloaded into computer to help insure inventory accuracy, and made

adjustments in the company computer system. Trained employees yearly on using scanners and

computers to help with the yearly audits. Prepared and drafted layouts of the Genesco

Medium Helicopter Mechanic/Repairer (MOS 67U)

Mechanic/Repairer on medium lift helicopters, CH-47 Chinooks. Was also responsible for all

production control forms and records on CH-47 Chinook Helicopters, prepared daily status on all

aircraft, logged and prepared work orders for aircraft and distributed to responsible departments.

Recorded all information in the flight log book for helicopter assigned to as well as compiling all

other helicopter log books in the aviation company for weekly reports. Performed aircraft

maintenance and removed, repaired and replaced aircraft components using required technical

manuals, such as engines, rotor heads, blades, transmissions and drive shafts, oil pressure

sensors, fuel filters and fuel lines, hydraulic lines and components such as actuators, limits and

any other part of the helicopter as needed. Checked and replaced electronics components in the

avionics compartment and cock pit as well as checked wiring for proper wrapping and free of

wear from other components or obstructions. Inspected flight controls for proper movement and

function. Replaced and worked on airframe structure, to include inspection of the sheet metal of

the fuselage and airframe for stress, cracks, or fractures. Inspected airframe for preflight.

Conducted daily, weekly and monthly service checks on all internal and external components.

Assured aircraft was prepared and ready for flight. Achieved flight status as Crew Chief on CH-47

Chinook.
