and FIT. Created yearly operating and marketing budget.

inspections, corporate tours, weddings, and helped front desk learn how to enjoy and work with groups

Manager in small 22 room hotel with lounge and restaurant. Regular staff of 15 maintained for
housekeeping, restaurant and lounge. Grounds keeping contracted out. Basic daily accounts handled by
GM. Accounting contracted out. Very diversified small hotel featuring entertainment and events to created
stable revenue and utilizing all hotel services. Hotel regularly sponsored hockey tournaments, fishing
derbies, skating events and stay over for backcountry ski vacations, for winter revenue. Fall and Spring
revenue base generated from government employees. Summer tourism included motorcycle groups, heli
tours and fishing excursions and walk in traffic.
